Oh god! I hate people's cracking knuckles even more than I hate my currently malfunctioning hard drive. And that's a lot.

Def a myth. When you crack ur knuckles you are releasing depositis of Co2 gas. It is safe and will not harm you.

according to my sis it's been made a myth by ppl who just cant stand the sound of it. Goin to the chiropractor's great ya feel so straight + fixed when u come out go on the chiropractors!!

Well if its bad for you, why dun we ask sum old people and find out for ourselves.. unfortuntatelly i dun really know any old ppl, cause only my parents, but they didn't crack nuffing back in their dayz...

It really depends, Dave. It's like, if someone's not predisposed to RSI, then typing on a keyboard is essentially harmless. But if they are, it can be pretty bad for them.

I don't recommend doing it. It might be harmless, but it might not be. I wouldn't take chances with my spine.
