i can't fit things into my pockets either due to tightness factor (although this is subject to change). However, if i leave the house i have a handy purse that usually holds the following:

wallet, lipstick, fone, pen, paper, hemp hand cream from the body shop, keys, coin purse, gum, medicine and weapons of mass destruction.

I always keep my wallet in my back pocket unless i'm out clubbing or at a concert or something.

Cell phone is in my front pocket cos i refuse to wear those gay ass cell phone hip clips.

My keys hang thru my belt loop on one of those hook things.

Upper Left: keys
Upper Right: smokes
Lower left: money (coins)
Lower right: joint sheets (dunno the name in english)

Back:

Normally I've got all my shit in my purse...I mean I've got everything in there....wallet, lipstick, ciggies, all kinds of otc meds, checkbook, random papers, lighter, cell phone, some sort of food, chap stick, hair ties...who knows what else.
But if I don't have my purse:
Front...Chap stick, change, lighter, One dollar bills
Back....Large bills, ciggies, Cell phone, driver's license, credit card (sometimes other cards i.e. ballys gym card, library, or whatever I need)
Belt loop......Keys w/bottle opener<----orbax
