I'm unhappy with some of their tunes they produced like, Acid Eillet, what do u expect American rap somehow has to get into trance music and pop culture, argh!

I think its a possibility that they did the Britney remix as a challenge, to convert a commercial pop music into a sweet sounding dance song, or from some people's perspectives a bad song into a good song.

many of their remixs do sound quite similar. you can normally spot their mixs by the beat used and the long drawn out tracks.
i think they do need to be a little bit more innovative in the future. but the stuff they are putting out now is still quite quality.
i wouldn't consider any of their remixs my fav stuff.
but some of my fav. songs are "use only the drugs/music" and "wave 3" these songs are insane.
and people so what if they are going "commercial" or getting popular. good for them. i'd like lots of money in my pocket.
whats annoying is when people get all annoyed when some great artist gets big, but those people who whine about it are the ones going "OMG OMG OMG have you heard this song by this artist, OMG this new artists pownz l33t blah blah blah more stupid spelling of words.

not saying they are bad producers, they definately have a large amount of talent, just not my cup of tea
i think most of their productions and remixes are pretty straight. sure there are a few that would be considered lackluster, but it's definently not over for them. and for all the dummies who keep saying it's about the money, i believe these are the biggest artists who have done more for trance by promoting bootlegs, clearly not for the money.
oh ya, and tranceaddict.com really needs to ban the word "commercial" because it's been proven time after time that people just don't understand what this means.

im prolly one of the few who prefer andain-summercalling as opposed to beautiful things...i loved the darkness surrounding the tune.
im just gonna sit back and watch the show..in the upcoming years and see where these guys go.

I agree that G&D are losing it. ATRC was a great tune, but that's the only good work they've done this year as I see it. Their latest remix of Britney and Madonna was pure crap. Still, things can improve i guess.

Wait just a fucking minute, before you guys go jumping down poor speedracer_mec's fucking throat, think a minute. He started a thread that in his opinion was ok, he did not completely trash them, he produced evidence why he thought that gabriel and dresden were on the downward spiral. Let the poor dude have his opinion, he did not flame the artists and it was his opinion and tranceaddict is all about individual expressing their opinions in different forums about music. He showed why he thought a certain point was correct in his mind but you fail to remember that opinion is individual and everyone shares the point. Did'nt Dave Dresden kindly point out in a thread earlier (which vanished for some reason) that he did not care what people basically thought of him. Let's think here, speedracer_mec has been a longstanding member of the tranceaddict community and has behaved himself well (most of the time...then again..no one can be 100%) and he stated why he thought he that something was correct. If you don't agree with his opinion then kindly state why, not yelling at him for being an asshole or anything. Remember, everyone has different opinions and as long as they express it in a decent way, it should be ok.
About gabriel and dresden, I think their earlier works were better then again, have they been around that long? No and every artist goes thru tough times musically. I think it is all about opinion, then again, if speedracer_mec did not care about the music, he would not be posting.
the G&D remix of Duncan Sheik, Grayarea, and Ils are so fucking sweet it's ridiculous...I have no clue what you wankers are talking about.

I don't think his intent was to start another thread on purpose. Nor did I say you called him an asshole. I'm just saying that people tend to jump on valid opinions.
