I wouldnt know i've never talked to her and I'm not the type that would judge a person through what I hear from other people... but she does come across (the few times that i've seen her) as the type that craves the attention but once has it, feels superior.. so again *shrug*

i've seen them before as well, but i have a 'vision' as to what i want mine to look like (plus they cost major bling)..which means i have to do it myself. I got a lesson from my friend and a pattern...and it does take a long time, but it's kind of like knitting..you can do it while watching tv.

i will for sure post a pic of it when it's completed

That would be really neat, Tara! lol... I have a friend who's really into the whole chain mail thing and he's very efficient at it. He gets massive pieces done in a weekend. It's really not that expensive to make though, and the profit you can make on those pieces when you sell them is surprising.

You mentioned knitting and reminded me, that yesterday I heard on this news channel that there's a group of elderly women who have chosen to start knitting thongs and bikini tops instead of doilies to keep the tradition of knitting going on with the younger females.
