Where da fuck is that Melbourne Techno GOD Ben Cromack?!??!?!?!
Fark people, stop whinging that your favourite DJ is too far down the list. Try to remember that this is a poll of DJs, not TRANCE DJs.
Obviously everbody can't be in the top 20.
Hey, where's the 100 to 150 ???

231 Nu-NRG
Damn, these guys deserve to be in the top 100!
239 Taucher
I cast my #1 vote for Taucher. 239, kinda low for this old school dj...
i can't believe for one gabry fasano isn't in the top 250 but more suprisingly no sign of riccardo ferri. i thought this poll included live acts too, and imo he is one of the best.

GIGI gets screwed
its a crime GIGI is 173rd. His music is truly art. It blows my mind how a man so talented couldnt at least be in the top 50. Booooooo the ratings.
think about it, each person gets 5 unranked votes. each person votes their 5 top guys and no matter who the person is, they're most likely voting for an internationally huge DJ. think about all the DJs you respect outside of the 5 you voted and the fact that you did not give them a vote, as there was no space in the top 5! likewise, many others wouldn't have placed them in THEIR top 5.... so on and so on... some of these guys who make it at 100+ are being voted against the odds, relatively small DJs who are actually making it in a small percentage's top 5. every single DJ on that list was on SOMEONE'S TOP 5. a person who voted for boy george probably did not vote for paul van dyk, tiesto, sasha or digweed.
rankings are silly. i would never look past the top 15 at most, that only indicating who the most popular DJs are at the moment and nothing else.
if they really wanted to compile a list that would rate the popularity of all DJs, they would need a more complex voting system, that allows for twice or more votes, and also allows one to rank these votes...then you might get an accurate reflection of the popularity of the 20, 80, or 150 DJ... after all the ones who are good but on the sidelines are respected and popular but not favorites. this ranking only allows for 5 equal favorites, nothing more. in the first place it only describes popularity.... in the second, it only describes popularity at the highest level! they should use this vote and list no more than the top twenty DJs...unless they change the system!
