My dogs are very clever twice now they have dialled 999 and the coppers have come up to the house. My folks really shouldnt leave the phone on the sofa, especially if you have dogs with pointy elbows

the dog accident shows the downside of having just one number, you should have att least two, and with three numbers (not all equal) the fastest to dial with these circular phones are 112, 121 and 211, of which 112 might seem the easisest to remember.
So EU (and by accident sweden with that ) is most right at it I'd say.
Funny thing that my arguments always tend to end up with myself beeing right/best/similiar...
