Great work here Nik. I'm glad you didn't mess with the melody at all. Really liking the percussion (as ever), and everything is fitting together so well.

Will be listening to this one for ages

Heh, thanks everyone.

No need to be constructive, it's enough for me that I know someone is listening.

Cool remix mate!

Nothing groundbreaking, but nicely produced. And besides that, it's nice to have yer own Gouryella remix

Cheers,
Wim

Very, very true

Nice remix.

good use of percussion, very stringy strings tho but you made it work. i think the synth is a little weak but it matches the style you are remixing in.

I like that spacey, square synth nd nice litle piano bit there also.

overall good remix...funny as i have remixed gouryella - ligaya not so long ago.

good stuff, keep it up!

Tezz

very nice nik, i love it! i like the piano. and massive percussion as always does justice to the original which is probably my favorite trance track

Thanks guys.
It really means a lot to know it did justice to the original as it is one of my all time favourites too... I dare not fuck it up.

good remix.

lots of things going on, but all the elements blend perfectly.
i'm not too fond of the break, though.
the strings are good, but the piano does not seem to fit in very well
(could be me though, i don't like piano in general)
the breakbeat does not quite work for me either, it makes the track kinda cheesier, in my opinion.

otherwise it's great, the lead rocks!

Somehow I knew you'd say that...

I am amazed, very well produced, brings back the feeling from back when I herd the original for the first time and I couldn't get enough of it. Cheers!

Listening at the moment - HOW IN BLUE BALL HEAVENS DID I MISS THIS THREAD! I must be blind!

This is one of my favorite songs that got me into deeper trance. Here it goes.

The percussion in the beginning is nice! The kicks are nice, hard, and crisp (not too hard, but good enough). The first few synths sound AMAZING! When those 'reso' sounding strings start coming in, WOW! DUDE! I was surprised! PRO-FESS-IONAL!

WOW! Those light breaks were pretty cool, and interesting. Added a bit of depth to that that break down. Glad you took em off when those other synth layers came in. WOW! The break down sounded really pretty afterwards, and it was really respectable!

The blend of pianos with the song was very classy too. This track was classy to begin with, and I like the ideas you put into it!

I think your producing skills are up there man! Very technical, very skilled, and very experienced. I expect to hear much from you in the future! Don't ever stop! You add some versatility (and great honest feedback) on these boards. -Mental

Thanks.

It seems that the more I advance technically the less I seem to have inspiration... hence I keep doing remixes instead of originals.
