Damn, nothing bad has ever happened to me really. Quite a few bike wrecks when I was a lil' guy but thats purely to be expected. Scraped knees and elbows, all that jazz.
Never broken a bone.
Worst (near) accident for me ever is when I nearly sliced my left pointer finger off on a table saw in Woods class. I'd just got done running a board thru the saw and then somebody started talking to me so I turned around to talk to them (sort of) and I forgot to stop grabbing for the piece of scrap. I pulled back when I felt something and there was a nice chunk of finger gone where the blade had hit. I said the stupidest thing too "I'm bleeding" really calmly.
The amazing thing is I don't even have a scar from that... I guess fingertips are regenerative. Pretty neat 
My woodshop teacher has had multiple fingers removed by various blades. One time somebody left a hand router on and he went to plug it in the router started and vibrated off the table. Reflexively he grabbed for it and jammed his thumb straight into the blade. Made fuckin hamburger .... Still has all his fingres tho (reattached etc.)=P

When I was about 4 or 5
My parents weren't home so I played with my dad's razor, and ended up "shaving" the skin off of the middle 3 fingers of my left hand.
This happened to one of my friends
His dad accidentally hit him right across the nose with the dull end of an axe ... ouch
Worst Injury that I ever saw while playing sports was when I was in my early teens...I was playing goalie in a hockey game...we were winning 4-2 and two guys knocked knees at full stride.....not on purpose...one guy was never the same.....tore his mcl and acl.

I've broken a few fingers at different times but thats it

last season i had a very bad injury.
i was playing football when suddenly someone's knee clashed against mine.. i fell on the ground. then i saw what had happened:
(this is not my photo). well the patella just moved a couple cm's to the right (and not up like on the picture). the slightest move my leg and body made... auch, hell!
no need to tell it were the most painful and scary moments of my life (it was weekend and i had to wait in the hospital for an hour).
buttt now im back on my feet and playing football again =).
god i love sport 
I've never really had any serious injuries, and I've always been a daredevil. Climbing big trees, fireworks, racing down huge hills on skates, playing soccer, and now aggressive skating. I took gymnastics when I was very young so I could possibly credit that to having learned how to take a fall properly and not freeze up in mid air.
I did, once, step on a nail and have it go clean through my foot and out the top. We were playing manhunt in the woods and I was spotted, so I took off runing down the creek barefoot, and stepped on the submurged nail. Thankfully it managed to dodge the bones... in fact it didnt hurt very bad. But it sure did bleed!

i got in a fight and had a guy holding me by my hair and beating the side of my head against a pine tree
IT FUKING HURT
and one time i slipped off the top of this wall and fell down and went into a pipe that ran along the wall head first and woke up in the emergency beach place
