The scuttlebutt was that this place would be open Montreal-style (12-12) with a dress code.

Any official response to that?

Well, a closer look at the flyer says 10-8 (which is typical), and no word of a dress code, which is not really in the spirit of electronic music.

Pulse used to be Powder it was only open for a month though so not many heard of it, address is on the flyer i forget heh but it's on the corner of Peter and Adelaide the orange building.. I will be hittin this for sure.

I also met 2 of the owners and they told me that the sound and lights in there are all top notch...and its 2 floors trance/house I believe and they will constantly be switching the music between floors so your not always in the same atmosphere every weekend...
They told me more too but your gonna have to see for yourselves...
Heh but I forsee this club as my weekend spot no doubt.

Ive never been to a club opening b4 and im only going to see cosmic gate which starts at 2, if i show up at the door with a ticket around one ish will i get in? or would the place be at capacity by then?

is the linkage 4 the mix. its 2002, so RJ's track list shows more of what they might play. but its a good warmup all the same.

If you have a ticket - showing up at 1 will be no problem.

If you don't have a ticket - I'd be there before 12am (say 11:30ish).

Play to stay until between 6am and 7am! Time to PARTY!

Too bad Funkengruven in on early - I will miss his set, but from what I remember from years ago, he plays a really mean trance set.
