Sorry dude....i must have been missing something the only time i was there. So what your telling me is the best vibe Toronoto has to offer is a bunch of k-hole freaks and g'd up whores (now this is only based on what i seen the only time ive been there)....but it seems like its like that all the time??? can somebody confirm? Im by no means jaded and im not one to go around bashing clubs or people.....but come on dude....CZ is not about the "Scene" uless you think thats what the scene is all about

Halloween at the Zone?..you are a brave soul. I agree...the Zone provides some of the best beats in this city. Shame it is such a hole and full of shady sketchy ******s. But if you go with lots of friends and keep an eye on each other it is definitely worth checking out.

Ladies...never EVER leave the side of a good mate when you are at the Zone. NEVER.

However, if you look back into your memories of Guv/KH, you'll realise most of them were @ the same party as you the night before.

Zone is no different crowd wise than the other places, but since it's smaller, there is no buffer zone... so if you are friendless, you're sure to be uncomfortable there, especially for women.(unless you just don't give a shit)

BTW, Mark Oliver is a Comfort Zone resident, as is Mark Scaife, Deko-Ze, Addy, and many more of Toronto's best local talent.

the zone DOES kick ass...but it isnt for everyone...i was there after picotto and vath and after halloween...and had a blast both times....Addy vs Deko on 4 turntables...i swear i was drooling.

everyone is entitled to their opinion tho and i agree that its a sketched out place...overly sketchy too and thats not for everyone.
The music there is brilliant...doesnt touch mark o on a sat night but its definately brilliant (has its own vibe and feel).

I will be there NY day (jan 1st) from 9.30am till 8pm

Well, no, I didn't say this place has the best vibe Toronto has to offer. What I did say is that this place still carries the scene. It feels like 2001 rave. (on saturdays) If you go there with friends or meetup with friends then its awsome. If you go there to pick up chicks, (which is just dirty on its own), then you're in the wrong place.

And drugged up people are seen everywhere, why bash this specific place?

hehe, coming from Calgary, The CZ was um CRAZY!!! Ive never been to or heard of a afterhours that runs 3 or 4 days straight. It was a little unbearable but i still DANCED MY ASS OFF to DEKOZE. I love his energy behind the deckz no matter where he plays. I had a good time I would go again.
