And I never said raves were the only thing that are 'bad' also.. concerts and school are also fucked up. But at concerts its mostly weed... |

| Originally posted by hooknife Well, I'm very sorry that you can make an exception for weed! So, let me get this straight, if I only smoke weed at a concert then it's ok? Look, it's like this, music and large groups of young people tend to bring out the drugs weather it's OUTKAST, EMINEM, EVANESCENCE or Tiesto it's just the nature of the beast. I just don't see how people get off on saying one is worse then another. Instead of getting bent out of shape about some "drug party" how about you get bent out of shape about the parents that don't keep and eye on their youngsters. It's not the "raves" fault! |

| Originally posted by jdjd you getting bent out of shape dude, sounds like youre taking personal offence to what im saying. About weed, well its scientific fact that some drugs are more dangerous than others, obvious too... The question is, would these young people be taking these drugs if those parties didnt exist? I would guess not.. In my personal case, I got into the drugs when young by accident, i didnt look for it, and i dont see how I would have ever started using those drugs if I had never went there. Im not saying ban raves, just realize that most 'normal' people would see something seriously 'wrong' going on there.. whatever that means lol |

RAVE - it's a CULT!
hahahahaa
OMFG... ppl, get a grip... how many religious zealouts have you come accross in your lifetime? I've seen quite a few of them. When they start with "may Jesus".... my bran just shuts down....
The worst part is that these people think that God Allmighty wants them to be the messengers, to spread his word among us, the "sheep"... You know, in Ukrainian the word for crazy or insane is "Bozhevilniy" - or literally translated as "At God's will". It's somewhat difficult to translate in a short sentense, but it basically it means "acting by god's will". So, using that theorem, we can deduce that 'religious zealots' are insane/crazy.
What pisses me off the most though, people who automatically superimpose their faith on you and/or assume you are of the same faith, just because you look "like a good-ol
Not to offend any decent people who may be Christian, Catholic, or whatnot, but I have the most unplesant symbolism with the cross. Maybe it is because all the people who called me kike, or beat the shit out of me when I was younger, or even choked me - seemed to have the crosses hanging around their necks. Maybe I'm just biast.
but I doubt Jesus wants you to kill in his name.
Whatever... fuck this guy and fuck any asshole who takes religion in the wrong way.
"Don't let your religion get in your way with God"

This guy sounds like a priest... Shouldn't he be busy mollesting children or something??? Gosh, he must be busy...

I love this one especially:
Ravers (those who attend raves) adopt an alternative culture. Ravers tend to accept anyone, regardless of age, race, or socioeconomic background.
Many Ravers dress distinctively in baggy clothes and fluorescent colors and wear glitter on their face and body. Raver accessories include backpacks designed with cartoon characters, bright beaded jewelry, pacifiers, and glow sticks. Water bottles and candy, especially lollipops, are the Raver's basic equipment.
The philosophy of the Rave movement is PLUR - an acronym for Peace, Love, Unity, and Respect. They believe that the music and atmosphere of the Rave create positive "vibe" - an indescribable feeling of complete happiness that integrates "Peace and Love" into the music and dancing.
The movement is very similar to the social / spiritual revolution that began in the late 60's and 70's. The philosophies of the hippies and flower children of that era have re-emerged in the Rave scene.
Under the guise of Peace and Love, the devil is using music and drugs to deceive masses of young people.

anyone with 0.000000000000000000000001% of brain left intact should still be able to just move on... can't believe I am even wasting my time reading about this crack-ass bitch. probably took one pill too many himself and kinda got wacked... sort of similar to radio show I heard where the guy was convincing listeners to stop watching pr0n because he fucked up and lost his wife (probably a loose whore, who wouldn't blow him while he was watching his smut) and family due to his porn addiction. whatever, move on - he's just like those idiots who stood outside the woodstock in the 60's handing out bibles to "flower children" and who said that rock 'n' roll was the "devil music"... every generation has its share of retards who think that they know best how you should live your life. don't worry about them, unless they make it to the White House and Capitol... Just look at Ashcroft - a right-wing nut, religious zealout, an ultra-conservative religious fanatic... That's who you have to worry about. I put people like that in the same bin with Osama and Hitler.

religion is a crutch...plain and simple
if people need something to believe in then they should try believing in themselves

To make it attractive to fashion-conscious teens, Ecstasy tablets are colorful and may have symbols stamped into them.

Sorcerers: pharmekia; (from which we derive the word "Pharmacy") -- those who deal with the occult ( witchcraft, tarot cards, horoscopes, Ouija boards, etc.) as well as those who are involved in drug use.
Yes we are all sorcerers

I just don't like the Metallica-like Jesus videos, so I turn the channel. Just like now.....

god is a dj.
-------------------------------------------------------
At a rave, the DJ is a shaman, a priest, a channeller of energy- they control the psychic voyages of the dancers through his choice in hard-to-find music and their skill in manipulating that music, sometimes working with just a set of beats and samples, into a tapestry of mind bending music.
i think they're just scared cuz our "cult" is more logical and makes more sense than their "religion" aka cult
this is by far one of the best sites i've seen ever lol

Wtf, that site blows
why is religion the one thing that people never grow out of? when we are little we are taught to believe in santa claus, the tooth fairy, and god and jesus. but we grow older and we lean that reason says that there is no tootfairy, and there is no santa. but why do still listen to people tell us what happens when we die? how do they know? they are still alive arent they? ok. they read from a book written by men, and listen to men preach, men who i asure you are no more human (or special in any way) than you or I.
sorry, but im having way too much fun to waste my valuable time on your stupid and scientifically challenged religious propaganda. keep that shit to yourself. be yourself and do what you will, but dont ever put people down for being different and living differently. we are all but human, not one of us better than the other.
