My name is Neil and a lot of times on the phone people say "Neo?" when I say my name. So that can get pretty annoying after the 100th time.

In grade school I used to get Neil Neil Banana Peel and the obvious "kneel down" remarks but its nothing real bad.

So overall its not bad, its gotten better i guess with age.

Alex. Dunno, aside from it also being a girls name, I like it. Always weird when there are two Alex's in class, and the other one is a girl.

I'll change my name to Rausafastabaum. Just so no one will be able to pronounce or spell it. And yeah, I just made that up. 'Cause I'm a cool kid.

yep... I like my name and the way it is spelled. Lara Jayne... I don't know too many people that have my name and spell it that way either.

Anyways they decided on a mutation of my uncle's name (Adolfo) - I go by Edolfo.

It's cool because whereas Adolfo has a meaning, Edolfo itself has no meaning. Only link I've been able to find (besides the Adolfo link) is a company that claims it has the largest name database in the world, and they said it's a direct derivation of Edward, which is obviously not true.

So yeah, since it comes with no set meaning I'm pretty much free to make it mean whatever I want And right now it means "One who is an addict of music"
