yea but if you react that way and get really defensive and mad, it just makes you look guilty. then, whether you are a controlling bitch or not (which is none of their business), they�re gonna think you are anyway just because of that reaction. gotta be 2 steps ahead at all times

Wait, why did they make those comments about u being a controlling bitch??? I don't get it? Did u say or do anything in particular? They said that just because you guys left early? lol how fucked up of them. No wonder your man doesn't like them!

If it's a serious relationship, and this was just a onetime fuckup, just let it go. People saying "omg omg dump his azz right now k thnx" really just need to grow up. If he does it all the time, of course that's a differant story.

nah, we are serious and he is a good boyfriend. It was just a stupid sitation and if it was the first time it had happened with his co-workers then maybe i wouldn't have gotten so flustered. I have never said anything to them to give them a reason to say such things to me, they just can't understand that they suck and thats why jeremy doesn't want to hang out with them, so they assume that i am controling him and not 'allowing' him to go out. He isn't a stupid guy and i think if i was treating him like that we wouldn't be together. If anyone else wants to believe that i could in fact be a controlling bitch, then your welcome to it. But im a fairly honest person and i can't see that being the problem. I hope it won't happen again because he is moving to another city in a couple of weeks for school and so he won't be working there anymore. I should be joining him there in march.... so i can be a controlling bitch.

i totally agree- but in this situation, those people had no respect for me, so if i would have defended myself it would have made them laugh or dish out more. So it was best for me to walk away. However, they really think jeremy is a great guy and have alot of respect for him, and i think they would respect what he had to say.
