I heard the same. But it wasn't mentioned because most people here were @ PvD.

Well 2003 definately was THE year for me. I guess, in a way, I should've expected this since last years was the best of my life, so entering 2003 like that has had some sort of effect on the whole year.

Parties, parties and more parties...this was definately a year with A LOT of good parties, both here in Toronto and over in Poland too. The summer back home will definately be one that I'll remember for the rest of my life and it's definately the highlight for 2003.

As far as parties go though, then my best ones would have to be these (in chronological order)

VIVA 1-Year
Steve Lawler@KH, April 17th
Labour of Love 2003
Guv 7-year

Those are the 4 parties that really stood out for me.

Bring on 2004!!

2003 was definitely a year of ups and downs for me, but with a whole hell of a lot more ups than downs thanks to the world of TOTA. I've met some amazing, no, FANTABULOUS, people since joining TOTA in June of 2003. I've moved around a lot in my life and I have to say that Toronto is the first place to make me consider sticking around, for the amazing people that are in my life. So thanks everyone and I wish you all the best in 2004!

Top parties, in no particular order:
* Tiesto at the Docks
* Lawler @ Guvernment
* PVD @ Kool Haus
* TA Invasions 1-5 @ System
* Dumonde @ Viva
* Tenaglia @ Space, Miami
* Ultra, Miami
* WEMF, Tweed

TIESTO @ THE DOCKS - JUNE 11th, 2003

For me, I enjoyed many parties but the turning point for me was WEMF 2003, not for the party itself, but for the people I was with. I met many great people that weekend, people I would later connect with.

Thanks for everything

PVD was no question my best night this past year...what an incredible night!

others...iDream @ Guv was #2...Labour of Love @ GUV...Scumfrog @ System...TA Invasion 4 @ System...Technopolis @ the Mockingbird (what little I remember from that night anyway)

Definitely a good year although this one is shaping up nicely looking at the UltraSpin 4 lineup

Couldn't have said it better myself Ryan... WEMF was also a turning point for me... or maybe a catalyst would be a better way to describe it

2003 rocked because I met a bunch of you for Dumonde @ Viva, but also sucked because I had to have knee surgery and couldn't make it to Raveolutions on new years.

Yep... Great year for me. Although I became a TA only recently, it's been really cool. Hope 2004 will spawn even more friendships. Anyhoo, here's my list:

* Tiesto @ Docks
* Sandra Collins @ System (Sandra kinda sucked, but the memory is important 'cause that's where I met the sweetest person on the face of this planet who started the whole TA thing for me (not to mention being one of my most cherished friends )
* TA Invasion 5 (I didn't go to the other 4 -- DOH!) w/ Max Graham
* TA Xmas party was cool too
* INFUSION @ System (Damn!! They ROCKED the house! -- and yeah, Freeland wasn't too bad either :P )

Looking forward to G&D soon, as well as any future TA parties

I can't believe none of you has mentioned Sven Vath and Mauro Picotto @ Kool Haus. I believe it was in November 20/03. When Oakie was in Guvernment. Anyways, it was the best party ever. Not even PVD @ Kool Haus could compare. He was so predictable, nothing new.

Sven took the night ... Mauro has been sub-par for the last while... ohhh.. bring back memories of System in October 2002.

Posted by Creamfields on Jan-09-2004 18:54:

i thought picotto was great. actually, he surprised me because i was expecting some cheap euro techno like scooter from him. that was my first time hearing him. but the whole night was great. especially when he played the seven nation army remix.

Posted by LAYLA-KEKET on Jan-09-2004 22:53:

I'd have to say Derrek Carter st System... I met some rather interesting people that night, including the biggest prick of all time, who just won't leave me alone now Yeah you know who you are ... But it was a great night despite it all because the music kicked!!!! Oh and of course New Year Family Affair!
