First Party was Welcome 2000. - hearing sonic animation and then coming out to a rising sun on a beautiful piece of water.. at the docks. that was a terrific moment.

hearing armin drop motorcycle - ast he rush comes at The Guvernment in Toronto.. that was great!!!

Hearing Kai Tracid drop - the second trip at this years sunshine people i went off!!!! totally

also CJ Bolland playing the prophet at this years sunshine people. that too was great..

and finally - Two Tribes 2002. being onstage dancing around and taking photos of Mauro Picotto from right in front of his decks.. i dont know how i got thru there or onto the stage, but it was great.. Knocking his decks wasnt, but nothing scratched and all weas good..

what a night, what memories.

sasha ending his six hour set at fabric in london by dropping a jacques lu cont remix of the killers' mr brightside. six hours of gerryesque 'meaty prog' followed by a massive uplifting banger right between the eyes.

Utopia's 5th Birthday at the Superdome in 2000. My first big rave and ill never forget that first image of the massive room with 10000 people and fucken lights EVERYWHERE. Havent seen anything in sydney like it since.

Armins entire set from Godskitchen @ Gas 2002 i think. Started with 7 cities and the rest was history.

First Field day. Best party ever!!

Meeting Tiesto in Canberra and him signing 30 of my records. Drove down by myself after the dates changed for the event so others couldnt come. Awsome set and then one of 2 people allowed up to see him afterwards. Dream came true.

You cant really have one. Afters a few years they mould all together and all you can do is look back and smile

so many to mention its actually quite amazing to think how many good times there have been..

one that comes to mind is Submission 2002 (state being off the heazy) coming out of the VIP area (my friend won these passes on the radio) and looking over the whole crowd with Nu Nrg - Dreamland pumping through the stadium.. that moment was perfect!

PVD @ Home that year..

Tiesto @ Home...

Armin @ Gas GK 2002..

New Years Eve last year on Copacobana beach in Brazil...

i think im gonna cry now.. so many memories!

I dont think Sid knew where he was either

sooooo many moments, soooo many djs, even more off chops, but these will definitely remain with me forever!

Armin@Gas 2002 - When he dropped his mix of Rapture and then the entire crowd at the absolute top of their lungs sung the chorus, still brings tingles to my head.

James Holden@Gas 2003 - Joshua ryan - Pistolwhip (James Holden mix) nuff said

John Digweed@YU 2004 - After Adam Jace and I broke in through the fire exit to this exclusive industry only party to witness the best Prog Set I have ever heard.

Ashley Beedle@SOS Easter long weekend 2003 - Was with my close mates at what remains the best Sounds I have ever been to. Could not stop dancing (yes chemically induced!lol) from 2pm til 11pm and then finished off in style at YU at about 6.30am the next day. Ashley Beedle (X press-2) was the stand out set.

Matthew Dekay@Sweetchilli 2003 - After one of the grooviest sets the man decided to join us for some recovery at Nix's place. Nice to get some insight into the wacky world of djs.

jacques lu cont is the bomb, and i'm sorry I haven't seen him the last couple of times he's been out here. i'm guessing fortier played the lu cont mix of Mr Brightside to close his set here on friday... WHAT an awesome track

Soo many memories.

Taking a copy of A.P - Flying Into A Star to Gas when John00 was playing and him playing it. First and only time i have ever heard my all time classic played out..Absolutely amazing.

Going to Gods in melb and when Armin played Push - Strange World (2000 remake) almost as amazing and also never forget when he played Seven Cities and the hairs on my neck rose, then fell out!

John00 5hr set from Qbh last year.

John Digweed for 4hrs to close out Welcome on nye in melb a few years ago.

Could go on and on.

Cj Bolland doing a live pa of the prophet on nye in perth, whenever that was years ago.

Making our own backstage press id/passes for the first Sydney Two Tribes when Tiesto, John00, Mauro Picotto played and spending the whole night backstage/on the stage even after all the real Vip's with real passes got kicked out....lol

that was my first ever trance event!!! Went off! Loved Anthony Pappa's set beforehand too.

But its pipped at the post by AVB dropping as the rush comes @ HOME in Jan 04. I was there with 4 of my best mates, arms around each other, jumping up and down singing along to the lyrics!

Inside the sleeve of my copy of this track ive got a pic of that night. Always brings a smile to my face

brilliant track indeed. i was standing outside fabric on dec 18th trying to decide whether to go in to fabric to see jacques lu cont or go down the road to turnmills to see AVB, Tall Paul and Pete Tong. Ended up going to turnmills only to pick up Mixmag a few weeks later to read that JLC's set at fabric was rated the 'gig of the year' or somesuch!

turnmills is a bit of a freakshow to be honest... le maison du gurn they should call it.

The full moon party on the tropical island of koh panghan in thailand was great. 15,000+ people from every nationality on earth (the majority of them sweedish girls) congregating on Sunrise Beach. My favorite moment was the instant the Sun rose on the horizon everybody ran into the water and jumped in

Posted by kelsta on Apr-18-2005 06:44:

I couldnt pick just one...

Welcome 2001 - NYE 2000 - John Digweed & Deep Dish - Syd Showgrounds

Gods Kitchen Melb 2002 - Armin, J00f, Judge Jules, Satoshi & Chris Fortier

Obviously Armin @ QBH 6hr set Jan 04 & the bra

So many good times at alot of parties.. Christopher Lawrence @ Room deserves a mention as does Thrillseekers @ Cage because everyone there just wasn't themselves that evening, it was like walking into the 3rd dimension.. so many laughs

*edit* Wont forget the Decade of Dance dvd launch Oct 04

yeh that was an awesome moment.. did that in Dec 2003. The swedish girls actually look even better when the sun comes out after a big night out.. especially running around in the water. ouch!
