It's funny how you can blatantly tell which posts are started by people from the United States.

Alot of the stupid threads about drugs or any particular subject containing Zs instead of Ss, Urs instead of Yours, etc ... a lot of times they come from raver PLUR super happy ecstasy kids from the U.S. After a while you start to notice a trend. It just gives people from other countries more fodder on how clueless people supposedly are here.

i'd argue with you that it's just the kind of people that post such threads, but most of those people are from US so i agree with you on this one.


but it's understandable, nowhere else on the world do they use "ur" and "z" instead of "s"... don't know about other countries, but for example in Russia they teach British English in schools, not american. and you also gotta look at the type of people who post genuinely stupid threads.

Well that shit is all internet slang, but it seems that most people outside of the US hesitate to use it because they realize how stupid it looks and makes you look. I mean I'll say shit like "lolz0r!" in IRC and stuff but that's in joking, not the way I actually type regularly - if that makes any sense.

I used to like X too much... I think I've rolled a total of 50 times or something... It started with half a pill and toward the end it was up to about 4 or something... I stopped counting... But then one day I just got tired of it and decided to stop... and I've been feeling super ever since....

I haven't tried anything else and I don't think I will... I want to be able to know I won't lose control over myself and I don't KNOW that about any other drugs

the thing is, internet is really taking over our minds and our culture.

people just type things like "lol" and "rofl" and the such automatically. no one really laughs out loud or rolls on the floor laughing. i'm guilty of doing it sometimes, but i still refrain to using old school "hahaha" to represent chuckling...

and the thing with "ur," "be4," "no1," "w/e"... it takes me MORE effort to reach the damn number than to type "one".. or typing the slash... that hurts... what, do people think they're saving time? oh, a whole 0.08 seconds! wow. just like those people at the red light who just can't keep their foot on the break pedal and just HAVE to move 2 inches forward... wow, you saved some time, maybe you can stop for a coffee and a donut now

i know EXACTLY what you mean. i've always thought that about lol/rofl.. sometimes i catch myself as well... so i started the 'haha' but i dont even blurt out a 'haha' .... i've become one of the trillions who 'rofl' every other sentence, the emotionless zombies. from now on, im just going to do smiles, because i do actually smile !!! but yes, i know exactly what you mean.. its very depressing (and i did frown) another thing thats got me down alot lately is it seems that the majority of workers at fast food restaurants and stores such as Walmart are all over the age of 50. They are mopping floors and trying to keep up with the thousands of customers who wait impatiently in line for over 15 min. It makes me so sad. It should be teens like you and I doing that crap, not those who deserve to sit at home take it easy. It just pisses me off. FUCKIN TEENAGERS. yet another matter is how automatic these workers are in jobs. you go to a check out counter and there is no greeting, they dont even look at you, ... they say "have a nice day" when you walk off, but so insincerely. I have the greatest respect for the elderly, i dont care if i get an unsincere "have a nice day" from them or no smile because they shit, i wouldnt fuckin smile if i was 65 working at Walmart either. But the fucking young who do that shit, need to be artificially inseminated... and so yeah, maybe that would be me too.. but leave the old alone !!!!! what the fuck ever happened to retiring happily at the age of 50? god damn government. Everything is so automatic. It's like im walking in a pop up book of a world, all beings made of paper who just go through their day to day routine. The best piece of factual advice i've ever gotten from a movie was a line from Fight Club... about everthing and everyone being Single Serving... so true...
