the reason I need to get rid of all the noise is because when I am using a program like fruity loops I like to export each drum pattern that I make to a WAV file and usually I get noise...

Okay that makes perfect sense then, but then again alot of us have upgraded to DVD ripping software, I have no idea where you would find any of this software though.

Can you get those shows you want on DVD, if you can just use those. I do find it odd that you need two programs though, do you need to use both of them for one rip.

Thats one of the main reasons why I need a capture card.

All the good sitcoms like:

Just Shoot Me, Becker, and Scrubs -> aren't on DVD
