this track does nothing for me, but so many people are raving about it...

not impressed
the lyrics are extremely annoying and whiney

PvD needs to COMPLETELY revamp his production style, its gotten old

This tune has absolutely nothing worthy of being a classic in it in my opinion and childish attacks like that will certainly not make me change my mind.

i could care less where your opinion stands on this track... obviously our tastes differ quite a great deal. ... and re the pm: i'm simply sick and tired of always arguing with you and wish to cease the bad blood we have with one another, caipce? i hope this will help resolve things...

I don't know what the hell you are thinking but I was commenting on the track, not you.

FFS, stop taking everything personally.

Would rather roll about on the floor with a wet fish than listen to another terribly predictable remix from this once great god.

uhhh... yeah he did. seeing the title: Paul van Dyk feat. Second Sun - Crush, wouldn't you think that PvD did most of the production? but it *is* a second sun track. same thing goes for Paul van Dyk - Nothing But You. Should be titled: Hemstock & Jennings - Arctic (Paul van Dyk Remix). why is it that pvd can change the name of the tracks he remixes as of late and claim his 'remix' for his own original work? oh... i guess cause it's PvD and everyone's on his jock

Sounds like SOMEONE is taking the step forward to being the next Scooter

interesting

I am new to TA and have just been browsing around. There is such a wide variety of musical tastes that run through here... even within the trance genre. Having been around "the club scene" for a long time. I have seen it grow and widen and become this great international culture. I find it interesting that, as it has grown and branched off, the love of dance music that bonded us together, now divides us. Please don't get me wrong... everyone has their own tastes and expressing them is part of defining our indivduality. I have just noticed that at times, people and or artist are really railed into. Makes me just a little sad. Yes, I am a fan of PVD, and have been listening to him for years, so I personally like what he is doing. But whether it is him or someone else.. every artist needs to grow and change..to express themselves. An artist , no matter what the medium, changes over time, their brains are always evolving and exploring, searching for that place of expression. A painters style may change or color palette may differ over time, but their work still holds part of them and what they are experiencing. The same holds true for music. I am not sure how many people on here know what it takes to do this thing called dance music, but it is much like composing a classical piece. There is so much involved and so much thought put into composing and arranging all the instraments, beats, grooves, etc., just that cetain way that conveys what you want to say. I know this a very long post, thanks for letting me express what I have been feeling as I read through the forums. Oh, and as far as Crush is concernd.. besides the fact that I like it... collaborations are fun and bring a whole different set of challenges. It isn't that an artist is lazy or not creative when they collaborate or share their music.. it is just a fun and different creative process.... Thanks guys.. look forward to more interesting posts.

YES, but he isnt collaborating!!!!

He is not working with the original artists from the begining, he is simply waiting for someone to produce a good tune which he then remixes, YES REMIXES, and releases under his name feat. xxx and puts it on his artist album aswell, when he isnt even really writing the material.
