They kinda have similar melodies, and at the peak in the middle, a girl yells "the vision!" on the vision, and at the peak in the middle of nightfly, a girl yells "The nightfly!"... just a bunch of similar song - structure here....

Cool that you looked into it... but it is a certain mix of the nightfly, not the original that sounds almost exactly like the vision, and no, its not the "mario piu" remix!
