Spend some more time on this forum, and those words are needless to say. 80% of us are peeping little kids who are posting here just because they want to flame others and make them feel bad about their opinions.
I'm not a christian however. I'm a human-etic, still I respect religious people as long as they respect me. Same with opinions.

whats so weird about it? the high is called happiness. its very euphoric, you should try it some time. dont bash on people for their beliefs, that will only help to promote ignorance among the general population.

wow thats totally irrelevant to anything going on in this thread. do you really feel that its important what color of skin Jesus was? what does drugs and alcohol have to do about trance music? that is of course, unless you need them to fully enjoy your experience at a club/rave. otherwise ill hold my tongue.

sounds pretty cosmic gatish to me. are you doubting thats its a CG remix because its on a christian website or because its sounds different to you in comparison to normal CG productions?

whats so harmful about being happy? and how do you know his "religion"? he may not even have one, just a strong conviction in his faith. faith and religion are two very different things
im not gonna start pointing fingers, but perhaps you may all wish to open your minds alittle and explore different points of view rather than criticize the beliefs of others.
I would assume many people believe that Christianity is some huge fundamentalist cult bend on spewing propaganda. while some organizations do just that, it isnt exclusive to christianity. every religion has those who wish to use it to confuse the minds of others. christians on a whole are not all strict conservatives who live under some revengeful and warlike god. God is loving and merciful, anything that says otherwise has been distorted in someway. but its always been like that, you just need to see through the lies and seek the truth. so relax, we only wish to maybe reach out and give to others something has done so much for us.
ps. the literal meaning of the word "repent" means to Think Differently

..you think?
dude...religion aint the problem...definitely not CHRISTIANITY! I dont know when Jesus ever said to strike down those who dont believe in him, or wage war on those who wont follow His ways...fact is, the only religions ruining anything are anti-Christ religions like Judaism and Islam, etc.
Nope...actually, Jesus said to forget about all of them (turn the other cheek in his own words).
So you ignorant blasphemous (look it up!) people should watch what you're saying! One day you'll be sorry for even joking about the very name of "Jesus".
BTW DJ Sanctuary... thanks for making all of us Christian Trancers come across as freaks. I produce and promote Christian trance too, but what you did is plain "out to lunch" and makes us look bad.

yup it is irrelevant, just starting shit, because, hey you can't prove either of my statements are wrong or true.

references...if you care..
Christianity isnt a religion guys. Its a lifestyle..NOT A CEREMONY.
Try here if you want links to Christian-oriented Trance (I mean real Christian...not, "Oh..I was born Catholic/Protestant/whatever therefore I am Christian")

hmm k
i read this thread and i was emidately reminded of Christian Rock, or the rock artists who consider themselves Christian.
holds no validity IMO. you are either one or the other, can't combine both.

Re: DJ Mozy - Angels
The track is not bad. I listened to a few tracks off the website and some tracks aren't that good but others are pretty good.
By the way, what does Christian dance music have to do with dance music in general? Dance music is religionless, raceless, genderless and without boundaries unlike many other of the genres out there.
Personally, i feel turned off if it has to be named "christian dance music", how about just calling "electronic dance music". Cause seriously, i wouldn't want to listen to christian music. okay.

WTF, remember the Crusades? maybe it wasnt Jebus, but it was definitely his 'contacts' here on Earth that decreed that bullshit|
Posted by meneedit on Feb-12-2004 02:02:
dude you were asking for trouble posting that here.
Theres a lot of christian haters here.
Anyway, not long ago this guy gave me some supposed Christian Techno/Trance Cd's to listen to.
Let me tell you now that stuff was really really lame. HAHAHAH!!!!!!
I mean, It sounded like it was made in Fruity Loops with no friggin' effects on it!
the kicks and snares sounded like toy drum kits!!!
really lame.

Well...you're mostly right. But consider the message that some of these songs convey (vocal trance that is!)
Some aren't too "Christian" are they!
As you can see from the playlist I showed above, Christian Dance clubs and radio stations don't necessarily play CHRISTIAN dance music...as you say, for the most part the music itself is "without boundaries".

Just so we're on the same page...my whole point is that unless you follow what Christ says and live as HE lived...you aint a CHRISTIAN...these "contacts" were not living as Christ nor were they in any way representative of real Christianity! This is what gives my faith a bad rep... people who act "in the name of" something they don't actually know or understand...people who say they are Christian but don't know ONE verse from the bible or even have a relationship with Christ.
P.S.
If you cant get the above link in my post to work, you can right click here and "SAVE TARGET" if you'd rather download this mix.
Its from a Christian Trance Radio Station and whether you're a Christian or not...its very good! MENEEDIT..i guarantee this has decent production values!
RIGHT CLICK AND SAVE! ENJOY!

Are you serious?!
I can understand you're a Christian, and I really think it's a wonderful thing if you have something you believe in, but what you just said is a sign of a blind fundamentalist sort of xenophobia (in the religious sense), not faith!
I respect your belief in God and I do support you on this, but saying that your religion has never ruined anything... sorry mate, but the Church has had its (many) mistakes: remember, the Church is run by humans.
