I think
Godskitchen Worldwide CD2
AVB - Boundries of imagination
Tiesto - Magik 6 or 7

Broader Spectrum:
Astral Projection - Another World (or In The Mix)
Sasha & Digweed - Northern Exposure III
Ferry Corsten - Global Trancemissions 01

Not so broad:
Magik 6
ISOS 2
Global Trancemissions 01

And insinuating that I know nothing about trance, well. Here's my response to that.

Staying on topic, if you can get Oakenfold's 1999-2000 Essential Mix World tour livesets, those are great listening, too.

nice one ( pic )
ya man the EM Havana is good.

(oh and what was that guys prob?)

E 2003 owns man. 4 strings - let it rain? come on dude.

the price is WRONG...

its North then South...go listen again.

but either way I would not include any northern exposures, they're good but they're a bit out of top 3 given this category.

GU:013 Sasha, Ibiza
Oakey's Tranceport
Tiesto's Summerbreeze

but for when they are experienced, and ready to appreciate it:

Balance 005: James Holden

And I'm sure you can spin better than them?

More recommendations: Paul van Dyk Live @ Mayday 2000, Paul van Dyk Live @ The Love From Above @ Columbiahalle 7-12-02, DJ Tiësto Live @ ClubSpace 8-17-02 (I was at this one, so it's a major fav. of mine! )

Maybe some Ferry Corsten CDs... I gave my g/f a number of trance/prog CDs in an attempt to get her hooked on the sound - she seems to like Global Trancemissions 2 a whole lot. People like a lot of vocals/riffs at first since it's easier for them to relate to. Then you have to ween them off the vocals.
