man last night's ending was amazing, I didn't really expect it cuz Nina Myers brings so much to the show and I wouldn't think they'd kill her off, but unpredictability of the show is what makes it so great.

Nina Myers was my fav character on the show, she was tite, and was the source of a lot of the tension in the show, and pretty hot

At first I was kinda dissapointed that they killed her but now that I think about it more, it was great

OK- Kaos theory here:

Nina fakes her death by Jack Killing her (hence why he wanted to ALWAYS BE AROUND HER) hence being able to use her still without
having to worry about prosecuting her- Could have easily been set up on plane right over. She makes secret deal with Jack and fakes her death so she can come back to the good side as an CI?

the last part about her coming back to CT is. But they only showed her face at the end...she could have faked it with Jack...You can never rule that out.

i was actually thinking this myself. but more along the lines of "she's probably still alive by some surprising miricle..." personally i dont think she could just die off so quickly. i mean she is quite an important character in 24 up till now.

Ok, 24 has got to have the most badass characters I've ever seen in a TV show. Jack is the ultimate ass-kicker when he wants to be. Although its kind of a shame they killed Nina off - she's just about the only bad guy smart and resourceful enough to go against Jack. She's like him, she's got the moves.

Him finally finishing her off was the 3rd time he'd kicked her ass this season. When she had Jack tied to that chair in Mexico, and he head butted her then smashed the chair to get out my jaw seriously dropped - it was so unexpected. I don't know how else to describe that move as just plain "awesome".

In conclusion:

i do think it was the virus. the question was 'why such a specific target' or something along those lines,
and so it was a warning in that sense, in that the damage will be contained in the building but it will happen.
