yes indeed

et je parler un peut franais aussie mais je pense c'est difficile le sudois est un langu germanois et le franais de latin.. ... i've had it in schools for four years but i allready forget the most of it since i hardly ever speak it

Posted by C-naptik on Feb-24-2004 21:48:

hehe, that's cool
I know English and German and getting to learn some Dutch since I go there every other month or so.
To me Swedish is a good mix between these 3 languages, it's fun

French should be more difficult for a Dutch than Swedish, I agree!

on saturday you can go to www.clubguidelines.net , nice house club.

Posted by AC. on Feb-25-2004 00:34:

Count me in at GK that night! Would be nice to see Jesper play again!

Posted by C-naptik on Mar-02-2004 21:10:

Smile

Ahh....a house club? I'm not into house music really, that's too bad..
But thanks for telling me about it!

Another thing if someone could please tell me.
What about the dresscode at Club Fokused? Anything in particular? Any restrictions?

Have a lot of fun going to the cruise for the lucky ones !

Posted by staz on Mar-02-2004 22:05:

there's no dresscode.. but since it's not a presale party(if you have a presale ticket you can wear whatever you want pretty much cuz they cant deny somebody with a ticket entrance) it might be wise wearing a decent pair of pants atleast.. and half-decent shoes. but theres a 20 year limit for entry.

Posted by C-naptik on Mar-03-2004 08:31:

Okay, that sounds cool.
Thanks for the info!
Just wanted to make sure of that stuff, don't want to go all the way there and....well you know

And one more thing, is it easy to go to Gta Kllare using the subway from City Terminal? Which line and what station should I get off at?
Thanks

The Entrance to Gta Kllare is the same as to the subway so its impossible to miss the station is calld Medborgarplatsen and its like 3 stations to Sthlm Central

"T" stands fr Tunnelbana which is the Subway

Wow, thanks a lot for the info Steve and Glorie!
Very fast and helpful

And that detailed map, too....couldn't expect any better
Thank you, I sure will have fun during my stay

Hej !
I'm back!

What a weekend, it was absolutely awesome! I got to do a lot in just 3 days, I don't regret anything!
You Swedes are way cool

The party was Airbase was really nice, I liked his set a lot!
So who is it I talked to in the club? A tall guy with light-brown hair, red t-shirt? I can't remember the name

We stayed at a youth hostel, af Chapman, just perfect, got to meet some nice people there.
Visited a lot of museums, walked A LOT all around the beautiful city....I just loved it
(your subway is so expensive!! 30 kr for 3 stations! gahhh. And not the subway only, everything is expensive, I really wonder how you can lead a decent life there....maybe you get higher wages?)

Anyhow, I sure will come again some time in the future
Thanks again to you all for your help!

Hehe Sweden is cheaper with most products than Holland
Me & and my friend bought a lot of clothes since they are WAY cheaper than here in NL..
Only things I find really expensive are mostly luxurious .. and public transport yes.

Posted by SteveTranz4ever on Mar-09-2004 16:05:

Thats why I always drive car... no but I need the car in my job so, but I agree with you its jvligt expensive to go by buss/train/sub here.

How great that you manage to do so much and had much fun... your welcome back any time, just let us know when and we might be able to go to a party then...

Posted by C-naptik on Mar-09-2004 16:08:

Haha, well I haven't checked clothing stores so I can't say.
but wait until you hit France (who would want to come down here anyway!) and you'll find clothes even more expensive than in the NL.

Last December I hung out with 2 Dutch friends in Antwerpen (after we had seen Tiesto in Hasselt, hehe) and they thought clothes were much cheaper there! Just an idea....

Yeah, sure, that sounds good! Probably some time this summer

Too bad I couldn't meet up with Xplorer76 this time though, he was too tired the first night and then it was me and it just didn't work out as planned...well..

Anyway, Sweden rulez

sucks big time!!! I know...Prices are totally unreasonable here.

next time buy a 72-hour-card for 180 sek, or a 24-hour-card for 95 sek. Unlimited travel in Stockholm (buses and subway)

cool u liked Airbase

Still, I wouldn't want my taxmoney to pay for poeple's travels in such a distant place... It's up for the Stockholmers to pay for their own travels.

An idea could be to kill all grafitti kids, would cut the ticket price in half.

What did you exactly mean by that?

He mean he don't want to pay for the people in Stockholm like we pay for him

oh and btw next time, don't pay! There is no need for you to pay since they won't be able to collect the money from you in france, if you get caught that is!

I like my subway painted!

Posted by C-naptik on Mar-10-2004 11:24:

Oh okay, I understand now!

Hehe, yeah I did think about cheating the subway once...the thing is that there's always someone in the booth.
Anyway, I walked like over 20 km during that weekend, good for your health

Posted by AC. on Mar-10-2004 11:39:

I actually do much walking myself
and next time don't worrie about the guy in the booth, they can't do much to stop you.

I never pay for communter or subway. And the only real reason is; I'm a cheap s.o.b

wooooo, i thought you knew much better than that... government taxes has nothing to do with mass transportation in stockholm... that is what we have "landstings" taxes for

AC: you are probably the most stingy/selfish person out there
