Glad you guys couldn't make it, it was sorry! Was breaks and hip hop all before me cause it got put in the 1 room. I played 1-2, was fun for sure but nothing great. Played some hard stuff and a few electro break/trance type songs. Trying to bring some good music to these people but it might be hopeless, they think "straight beat" is a genre!!!?? and they call it all "house" no matter what. So old school over here, playing this skating rink stuff all night.

Heh. Jeff, that is why I wanted to get a hold of that Elevation song that way when stupid bitches ask me to play hip hop I'll put it on and say "I am playing hip-hop, this is Hey Ya, don't you hear it?"

Yeah, the "hey ya" song. That's great!!! Jeff did great even in the midst of uneducated and immature people who think all he plays is house and that FL breaks is the only good music left on the face of the earth. Oh and anything that doesn't sound exactly the same as the song before is a different "style." STUPID, I tell you the people we have to put up with over here!!! He set was awesome though!!!

On a good note, went to see DJ X last night. That was fun! Got to talk to him and Jimmy Joslin from HOB and another promoter. They have the same itinerary for WMC, so we are going to meet up at Ferry Sat. night. That was cool!
