There's just one thing I didn't get: if she's not exactly your friend, if the only person to whom she's doing any harm is her own kid (if there's a kid, that is) and she's just an attention whore who can be ignored, I still didn't understand what's the reason for all this hatred. If you told her she shouldn't be doing drugs, and she didn't listen to you, I'm afraid there's nothing else to be done. Or to care about, for that matter.

If she's half as bad as your grammar and sentence structure she's awful.

Once you leave high school you'll realize that a lot of things you considered important enough to worry about at the time didn't mean anything and never will.

p.s. I'm actually very curious as to how one dips a cigarette in cocaine. You'd be a fool to get your cocaine wet. Logistically this just seems pointless. Even if you wetted it, it woul dhave to be a somewhat tacky or otherwise fixative liquid because dried cocaine paste would just crumble. I don't know.
