Cam i have to disagree! I think those judges will know a hell of a lot about mixing! inthemix and ministry mag are ALL about clubbing and the head of dance music labels are certainly going to know what there talking about!

I reckon.

Jesus, Mark Dynamix has traveled overseas for gigs and has a few compilation albums up he's sleeves... that is considered a semi-pro?

Nice. Now that we've got that cleared up, are the "Ambassador DJs" the ones that choose the entrants and judge the comp does anyone know?

It would seem that way...

Or maybe they're just playing sets after the competition

Its all really exciting isnt it....

I got a nice email today

Well folks...the state finals are next Saturday night in Melbourne at FFour in Little Collins St.

Umm check out this weeks street presses for details...we (the DJ's in it) dont have a clue who else is in it...although I know I am and I think Andy Padula and Luke Bowditch are also in it.

Anyways...I'll be the only one PLaying any sort of trance (as well as some banging club prog) so come on down, have a few drinks and have a listen to the club music of the future.

sydneysiders refer here

According to the street press - ffour doors open 9pm and the competition begins @ 10pm..

Doesn't mention any door charge on the advertisement.. does that mean it's free entry?
