if you are living in london then you are in the greenwich mean time timezone (0 degrees longitude). Australian Eastern Standard Time is where I and people from Sydney are living which is 150 degrees east longitude. It takes about an hour to rotate 15 degrees so our time is your time plus 10 hours ie at 15h for you its 1h for us (i learned something at uni lol)
