If you were to open up an hdd and store coke in it, then there would be microscopic particles that would stick around the hdd that the drug dog could easily sniff out. They're trained like hell to be better then your average dog. I mean, the one for our county was trained in Germany. GERMANY, that says it all.

when you hired the locker you probably had to sign something right?
there is probably some rule in there that gives school permission to search your locker.. thats what it was at my old school.. but the cops do not have the right to take your pc and ask you for your password with out a warrent
but most likely.. your gonna lose this, school and the cops always win.. i mean.. what are you gonna do about it.. nothing

Anyways, I don't think they should be searching through your stuff, but there is probably alot of people who were talking about you over there in flo-town, it seems you don't have such a great rep over there.

i'm guessing it's not a rule of the Constitution because teachers and cops have searched backpacks and lockers, especially over one VERY big bomb threat scare back in high school(we've had several bomb threats, but none as big as this one). Cops even pulled kids out of class to interview them, and most of these people were just regular friendly students.

the schools can search you almost anytime. they just have to have a reason.
the cops at the school cant really...
