I thought it was just called Nothing?

you put forward a strong case there young sir... wow that line alone from you convinces me that this is a top tune

Seriously, its a review thread so people are posting what they thought of this release. No need to get nasty because someone doesnt like it :-P .. and i actually think pvd is a great dj/producer most of the time.

Maybe i should just take the original of this and add my own kick and percs to it and see if agnelli + nelson will release it...

Seriously though, you raise a fair argument.

Not so sure whether I like the edit or original better. To be honest I felt the original could use a bit more of a kick, but PvD's is almost overbearing in this case.

Having the edit released is almost certainly unnecessary though, especially as an A side all by itself. Maybe as some bonus in a 2x12", but not here.

heh probably ... o well was a bit of sarcasm :P

but to be honest its starting to grow on me a bit more.. would be perfect for a packed out dancefloor

I just got the vinyl today, the PvD edit sounds pretty good to me. Better than the original IMO

7.5/10

I have to say I got a bit disappointed. I did expect something more form PvD. Although it's just a edit, not a remix and I think it's better than the original

I kind of agree with you, it would be great in a bundle for sure, but at the same time, a PvD release on a single undoubtedly will make the single sell better and faster. Personally, I think if PvD works on a full on remix, it would top the edit no matter what, and would probably gain a lot more support, especially to the ppl who have already pre judged a PvD mix before it was even listen to, thinking, this isn't like For An Angel, or this isn't like his remix of 1998. I agree with someone a few posts back stating "Music/mixes are totally subjective to the independent listener's ear, if they like it cool, if they don't, thats also cool." Once again, I felt that PvD's edit wasn't as good as I would have hoped it to be, but it would still kill the dance floor if it was selected, and I think thats all that matters in the end.

Can anyone tell me what release you are discussing here? As in, what is the label and what is the complete tracklist for the release containing the PvD eit?
