5-7 hours on week days,and 7-10 on weekends
Anything less than 10 hours and I feel horrible. But I also have trouble getting to sleep unless I've been up for at least 20 hours. Twenty-four hour days aren't really my thing.

3-5 hours is tops for me.. anything more than that and I feel too groggy when I wake up..
Scheduled all my classes in the afternoon so I can sleep 9-10 hours a day. Sleep is gooood. I can't get in a good workout if I'm tired.

i sleep around 6/ 8 hrs by nite ....sometimes less sometimes more it depends ....but it seems to be never enuff with me ....
im feeling in a permanent exhausted state which is horrible by the end of the week .....im a real zombie haha
well i dunno i love sleeping but at the same time i consider it as a waste of time

1-3 hours daily. that is a bit short. not abnormal though. i use to have a sleeping disorder. but i'm ok now. i usually get the usual 6-7 hours of sleep. mostly. but maybe 3 time a month i get that nice 8 plus hours of sleep.
but if you are having that problem you should consider doing exercise like working out. walking long distances, throwing the football around. anything that tires your body. even playing foosball gets your body working.
and then eventually you will get more hours of sleep if you do that. try to also quit soda if you can and the sweets. and try not to eat after 10.
and to top everyting off, go to your local grocery and buy sleepy time tea that has chamomile. relaxes the heck out of you and makes you sleepy.
i'm sure you have thought of these already. just in case you didn't, i just typed it down.

sleeping, my favorite waste of time.. i try to go to bed early about every day
end up listening/making music till 2 am, and i jump up and yell FUCKK and go to bed.. takes me 45 mins to get a sleep MINIMUM so thats like 0245 allready.. alarm at 0640 so thats not even 4 hours most of the time.. and i'm not really a morning person to begin with
so no one ever talks to me till 2 pm 

in weekends i catch up and sleep from 2am till 2pm 
sleep is like m favorite thing. unfortunately though, i really cant function without 8-10 hours of sleep. seriously, i have tried to go to work on 6 hours of sleep and i was completely useless. it kinda sucks cause i have to sacrifice work to ever go out on a weeknight.
I prefer 7-8 hours I think.
If I sleep for too long I feel like shit, which is because I'm dehydrated I guess.
I almost never do it, but taking a nap during the day can be very nice! The bed is very comfy! 
I need my 7.30 hours of sleep for have a good day tomorrow.
Normally I sleep these hours (from 7 to 8 h) and sometimes at weekend I sleep 9 or 10 hours if I'm so tired. 
I usally need around 8-9 hours of sleep to wake up feeling good, but I usally average around 6-7 hours and I get bad insomnia about once or twice a week which sucks especially when you have an exhausting job like Safeway. But I think when I use to party every weekened it permanently made me Nocturnal, I usally have to force myself to sleep but I can easily stay up till 5am.

i like a good 12 hours, too bad i go to bed so damn late every day. but good thing i don't go to school that often 
The more you sleep, the more life on earth you waste. Keep it to a minimum as a norm, but short naps and long crashes are OK. Just remember the premise, sleep more and waste more of your life away...

avg. 8 hours per night
Teens should sleep 9 hrs and 15 mins, It's a strong medical recomindation. For adults I think it's about 8 hours.
I sleep 5 to 7 hours. Damn homework

Well i used to be able to sleep about 3 - 4 hours and feel normal the next mourning, but lately if i dont get a minimum of 6 hours i feel shit all day long and see this clud everywhere, falling asleep anyc hance i get.
