The thing i was saying though is that promo lists are not free unless you are a big name dj. Even though you have to pay to get on them you would be lucky to get on one because they are usually very limited. Its not a way to save money, its just a way to get stuff long before everyone else.

Hopefully most good record labels will soon have digital downloads available like Joof has just done. This will make it alot cheaper to pick up new tunes when you dont want to drop money for the vinyl. I need to get some cd decks.

Well, at least I won't have to wait months to get a tune. Where I live, I have to wait most of the time, several weeks before getting a release.

Also digital downloads is a good idea... We will have a studio sound quality "compressed" lol... only I hate CDs, since I started to play with records. I won'T say more... I don'T want to turn this thread into a flaming war between CDJs and vinyl djs

well i think people might be mixing things up. The pool most are on is about 55$ a month for about 30 vinyls. (around 15 every 2 weeks) Almost all are whitelabels and usually you can't choose what you get. However every now and then when a big release, like a tiesto, or PVD track comes out... ur monthly payment goes up a lil. I dont know who to put you in contact w/ though. mine was by complete luck.
