Just out of curiosity, did Pulser, Lange, and Dumonde play at last years event?

Pulsar and Lange were both in the gallery tent last year

Posted by BeeJay on Apr-04-2004 00:36:

damn, this is sooooooooooooooo huge!! I wish I could be there It's a pity I don't have my drivers license otherwise I should go there by car...

Posted by Remy D on Apr-04-2004 00:36:

This party is nice but it's nothing compares to Dance Valley

Was er vorig jaar (was de line-up beter dan nu maar wel bijna hetzelfde) en ik kan je zeggen dat het me toch tegengevallen is. ML en DV zijn vele malen beter. Dus je kan beter je geld daar in stoppen!

Dutch RuleS!!

the dutch know how to do a festival properly

but...this lineup is immense..only thing is the price , so i dont know if ill be able to afford it...bedrock arena looks niiiiice tho!

Posted by XeQtOr on Apr-04-2004 06:20:

That lineup is the OMFG Wish i could get there.

Posted by trance-ecj on Apr-04-2004 07:50:

I was really really hoping to see Pulser and/or Lange

I mean......I was really hoping for that, since I'm prob. gonna fly out there for this event, and it would be my only chance to see them

Posted by TiksA on Apr-04-2004 07:59:

Very nice lineup. They should of gave Tiesto his own tent to keep the crowds busy with a long 8 hour set...

The dutch certainly do, i keep meaning to make it to one.

The price isn't that much ( 47 + bf )which is fair for a festival when u consider what you get for it, and how long it's on for. Only about a tenner more than the NEC and here you get loads more arena's and 6 extra hours. Hope Creamfields puts on a mind one too

Posted by CortexBomb on Apr-04-2004 13:54:

You've got to be kidding me, 50 pounds for that monster line-up?

I'm happy to pay 30 US dollars to see just Paul van Dyk...

I really need to visit Europe specifically for clubbing sometime soon...

yes but 50 is 50 and being a student with an amounting student loan i dont know if i can afford such extravagances anymore , plus its 50 just for the ticket which'l mean about 120 all in, maybe more.just have to start saving if i want to go.top marks to gods though for what looks like the best event ive seen in years, and it isnt really overpriced...just too much for me i think

Sneaker Pimp

so if i wanted to fly to england and go to this how far from london is global gathering, and whats the best way to get there....

i noticed this is the weekend before dance valley... im curious what you europeans think would be a better festie to attend???

Posted by Frase on Apr-04-2004 14:30:

Best bet is to get a flight to Birmingham International, and i think GK are offering transport from nearby or better still hook up with UKTAs and see if they'll pick you up? From Birmingham its only about 1hr's drive to the event at most

um....but i think im entitled to my opinion, i dont rate Picotto, Jules or Fergie thus why i would have preferred not so see them in the GK area. ur allowed ur opinion im allowed mine okay.

Posted by mike_stefan69 on Apr-04-2004 15:01:

this is a fucking mint line-up and anyone that says otherwise is a fucking bellend. theyve really catered for EVERYONES taste and with so many different arenas theres bound to be someone you like if you dont fancy seeing picotto/jules etc
so many djs i havent seen and looking forward to seeing, all in one night for what is a very reasonable price (like someone else said, not much more than the NEC).

Posted by Lover Boy on Apr-04-2004 19:00:

Fink I may have to make an appearance, just the problem of persuading my mates that its worth the $ output

well in 2002 i went to both, and they are both as good as each other The only difference is lineups, both atmosphere and people at both events were fantastic, which is to be expected.

Best way to get to GKGG from London is coach or train. i would offer to drive you up there, but this year, we've got two drivers and two full cars
