Hell yea, he defenetely needs to make a comeback abd go back to his old style but i gotta say that his Great Wall album owns me... last time i saw him was at Avalon in NYC and he tore it up so lets c wat happens
dont listen to what the ppl say, those who say he sucks are ppl who have not seen him live or doesnt really know what they're talking about, they just heard it from someone and jumping on the bandwagon... that is the truth!!!

Im as big of an Oakie fan as there is, you can dig up my past threads but how many comebacks can one person have. I mean heres my point of view. I was defending Oakie when this same topic came up last year actually two years ago. I saw Oakie and his performance was less than great shit it was less than good to be quite honest. Then later that year I heard that year I heard a crazy set of his from Creamfields and I proclaimed Oakie was back, but now I mean I hear so many bad things I dont know. My opinion is this he tried some new stuff big deal and about his mixing and what not I think he cares sometimes and sometimes he doesnt I dont think he ever really left I just think he looses interest not skill.
Please
Anyone know where to get the lastest set @ The Avalon pm me

All things to all people...will never happen...not with *any* DJ.
If it ever does, we're are all in a heap of trouble for damn sure!
I like Oakey, been a fan for many, many years. Have seen him more times than I can remember. He's spun here in Phoenix more than any other "famous" name DJ. He's had his great sets and spun some that were not so great.
I would suggest that if you've seen/heard him live more than five times, you would respect him as a DJ for sure. He's got great talent and a crazy ability to read and respond to the crowd when he wants to.
Those of you who want to bash him are entitled to your opinion, but don't expect me to get on your band-wagon with you, cause that's exactly what it is.
