Here's the worst urban legend I've ever heard, apparently this happened to a friend of a friend of mine:

She got a weird rash around her vagin0r, the doctor didn't know what it was, so he sent her to a specialist who didn't know either and took a sample and got it tested at a lab. WHen she came back to get her results the cops were there. Apparently she had a disease which is usually contracted by sex with corpses. Her bf was working in a morgue at the time. He was charged with screwing corpses (not sure what the legal name of the offense is) and his gf testified at his trial.
