Well, I heard it a lot of times and... I think the last 10 minutes of CD2 are probably the most amazing, outrageous and uplifting 10 minutes in the entire history of trance/prog, specially if you listen to them in the appropiate conditions, for example, like me, drivin' my car at the evening-night, in a totally clear road...

A must feel...

CD1 owns me atm... all the progbreaks *licks lips*

An EXCELLENT album, probably one of the best of the year.

Disc 1 completely owns me, and Disc 2 is great as well.

Definitely worth the money!

It's a great compilation in my book. I haven't gotten round to hearing the second CD yet, but to be honest, I thought CD 1 was fantastic, so if CD 2 is better I'm in for a treat. It's all good stuff.

By the way track 7 on cd1 isn't Sunshine in my shadows, since that doesn't have vocals and track 7 on the cd does.

You're right. Track 07. on CD 1 is Michael Burns - We Will Fade.

This should be the right tracklisting for CD 1:

01. Luke Chable Into The Storm
02. Fretwell Faceless
03. KVK Reality Theory
04. Michael Lanning Feat. Charity Havens Bound For Ascension
05. Blue Haze A Time To Reflect
06. Rhino Drum Underground Sound
07. Michael Burns We Will Fade
08. Jacob Todd Nothing Is Real (Original Mix)
09. Main Element Delta of Venus (Chris Salt Remix)
10. Steve May Open Day (Luke Chable Quakes & Craters Remix)
11. Chimera Natural High
12. Slacker Tutikinegi
13. Shiloh Mana
14. Tilt Vs. Quivver I Know You're Afraid

I agree, awesome proggy breaks @ CD1.

holy shit. haven't been that impressed by a comp. since Howells' 24:7. Expect for Involver which I consider a different category, though. That Shpongle track at the end is pure magic.

I still haven't heard this... I've been waiting patiently for this one to arrive in the shops here in Finland but the damn release keeps getting pushed back every week.

cd1 is proving consistently massive. mixing is on par too - rediculously amazing|

That's odd, Dorset Perception was the second song on the version I listened to...

I think he meant Beija Flor (on disc 2 of balance 006), or whatever it's called, not Dorset Perception on Involver.

Yes but Pappa is known for his studio sounding live mixes and organizing LPs by key|

Just got the cd not too long ago, and i'm lovin it. go out and get it if you haven't

Posted by Wacky Hacky on Sep-10-2004 14:54:

Wow, this CD is absolutely terrific! I've got Balance 005 as well, but the dark mood Pappa puts down on this one speaks much more to me.

The first CD pWn5 definitely
