If you want to lower Jan Johnston's music to bubblegum and compare her with the bubblegum divas, then have at it. I think there's a distinction between them. And I'll keep on smoking as well...

Just wait until her full-length debut albums arrives. It is going to

be released under the Vandit label, as well as being produced by PvD

himself.

No seriously man, as much as I do appreciate you keeping on the kid gloves due to my noob status, she officially changed her name to Moya so it would look exactly as it sounds in order not to confuse folks

Dido's voice always sounds good in a remix.

Anyways....to contribute to the thread, Sarah McLachlan. Anyone who begs to differ is obviously a nazi.

whether or not she's the undisputed queen of edm vocals or not,
i'm not sure. but she DOES have the most angelic voice of anyone
in any genre of music.....

Justine Suissa's voice

GOD i love her VOice

Be Cool! ~~*Bump bump*~~

Sorry, I realize I'm a n00b and bumping threads may not be the coolest thing to do BUT! I really think female trance vocal deserves a loftier plateau than it is normally accorded. My own preferences are jan Johnston, Moya Brennan and possibly Ayla. Now I realize that a lot of you people here might consider her "bubble gum" and that's cool, but personally I like her. Also(IMO) deserving of honourable mention is the chick that sings for Enigma. Now she has a voice that you will problably love of or hate but again I myself love it

i would also vote for

Kristy Hawkshaw

she's got a great voice. Jan Johnston doesn't have a great voice, and she's ugly...she had a couple of good tunes, but that's it...the rest suck

Justine Suissa

I really do enjoy that one Delirium tune Silence with Sarah but i(note small I !)must humbly submit Maire/Moya Breannan's performance on the Rob Evan's mix of "Faithless" as the definitive female trance musical statement, it clocks in at 78 minites and it totally ruhlz
