Elitists look down on people who listen to a particular genre and think their taste is better than these people's. How do you know that he does that just cos he doesn't like noise? Granted, the way he formulated his post is a bit snide, but still calling him an elitist just cos he hates the genres he mentioned is a bit harsh.

Good picks, Californication and Blood Magic Sugar Sex are part of my all time favorite albums, big RHCP fan, but the next three albums are just plain out awesome hip hop albums, jennypie you have some good taste in music.
Its a shame I dont know anything about trance or house *coughs*..
