I am pretty sure there is a G&D mix. I remember Markus Schulz played it in one of his sets in November, or December 2003. He even said in chat it was not the trifactor vs. gabriel & dresden remix (that he played also), but just G&D.

Maybe he (or I) am/was just mistaken .

LOL! what a tool! everyone has the mp3 ffs and there is no such album afaik. it's just some stupid fake mp3 crap i think!

and as for the tune

i fucking love it! it's gabriel & dresden's best work IMO! the version that got leaked i mean. haven't heard any others. it's too bad it's not getting a release! i'd love to buy the cd single which would feature this mix! would be so great.

Keep it coming.

Trifactor vs. Gabriel & Dresden Bootleg: The one that was played on the ASOT Special + Markus Schulz plays in his sets.

Trifactor vs. Gabriel & Dresden Remix: The one that was leaked, slighty different esp. the last melodic lead bit.

Gabriel & Dresden Remix [???]: Tiesto played a Hello remix that had very similar sounds [bassline was distinct] to the above remixes but was overall a bit different - less melodic and ALOT more darker, maybe this is the Gabriel & Dresden Re-EDIT?

With the majority, yeah a big shame that this will not be released, awesome tune!

Which Mix has PvD been playing in his sets? the trifactor v g&d?

PvD is playing the g&d remix... no trifactor. and it sounds exactly like the file that's been leaked

btw. I second that whitelabel thing

'Tis a shame. There are few bands that I dislike more than Evanescence, but for some reason the songs of their's that have been getting remixed are quite good. Only figures that a crappy band would be stupid enough to not respect the few moments of decency that they could have.

Smiley DJ Please Release on Vinyl

i would love to see evanescence - hello (gabriel & dresden remix) on vinyl with all the different remixes of it on vinyl.

thats what I was thinking
it's not as if they're a band with any musical credibility whatsoever either, and they were manufactured to make money

Guess they think they have to dislike "techno" so that their fans aren't scared off.

Maybe, but with the wannabe rockist-attitude bands like Evanescence, Linkin Park etc. have I find it hard to believe that their fans are very positive towards "techno".

in my experience the wannabe rockers were wannabe ravers when castles in the sky came out
they'll always have a soft spot for the bosh
which is another thing, an annoying trend is the wannabe rockers I used to goto school with have started going to sundissential

All these kids that don't know any better think Evanescence is really deep because Amy Lee uses a thesaurus to ensure large words are in all her lyrics.
