interesting, that to kick the habbit, ur opting for a lifestyle that'll monitor ur cash flow, learning responsibility and independence. keep in mind that the latter is something that you are going to have to do eventually though. your parents aint goin to be around forever, and at this age, there isnt a time thats more appropriate to sponge. god knows how much u'd save - to well, spend on vinyl i'm living with folks and i'm quite content, but then again, i dont live with communists.

kudos to you if you believe its a step that'll further fulfil whatever's missing though, furthermore, having enough initiative to go through with it. good luck dude.

So ur finally moving out.... I almost did a few months back, but I think my dad needs me to stay home and provide a huge chunk of my income to a little thing called a mortgage, so they didn't go ahead with kicking me out.

Now i've found that as soon as u start earning good money they stop threatening to kick you out.... but only as long as there is a good financial use for you in the household.

Bad to speak of my parents this way, but I think it's true, and i'm not fussed about helping them out when I know they need the help.

Just wish they'd stop pestering me still about going out "late", I hate it now that i'm grown up.
