Ryu I stay true. But just sometimes, i will switch between the first 3, dan is a complete useless character.

Honda has great priority with his kicks. You have to be able to time his moves right, or you're dead. I like his headbutt move.

His Tomahawk Buster ain't that bad, but his throw move and super are a bit slower than Zangief's, and his kick priority is average. He can be useful if you can chain his uppercut and tomahawk buster well, and time them right.
