I hate to say it, but i haven't read anything that explicitly says Tiesto is doing an instore there. It seems to me that you are all misreading that line. It just says the #1 DJ will give you a wristband.... this could mean courtesy of tiesto.. it doesnt mean he will be personally there handing them out. Hence all the confusion.

Has anyone called Virgin Megastore about this?

EDIT: I called them. They told me that there is no in-store appearance by Tiesto.
