1) Alcohol. Drink until you feel confident.
2) Working out.
3) A 100lb canvas punching bag. Learn how to hit. Get your friends to spar with you (16 oz gloves never hurt anyone). Learn to fight. If you arent afraid of touching boys do submission wrestling with your friends. Go until pain makes you tap out or unconsciousness is pending makes you tap out (headlocks).
I found that being in a boxing group with my brother and friends gave me lots of confidence. I knew I could fight. The problem was no one else did.
So I worked out, then people think you can fight, and you can. Dunno if this is a dead topic or what, but thought Id add

Last time I checked, I am in complete control of my thoughts and mind. We all are...
If you are going to sit there and think negative thoughts and become nervous or sad, you just gotta catch yourself in the moment and talk yourself into thinking positively. You have to put things in perspective. It just depends on how strong minded you are. Usually the weak minded ones will sit there and say, "I CANT! bla bla bla".
Bullshit, yes you can.

It goes both ways, but you tend to feel bad aboutyourself before you get depressed. So write down all the things you want to be, list it, say, act it. Eventually your brainll do most of the work. You just need to put SOMETHING into it. and quit hanging out with your loser friends. Dont have friends if they are going to be losers that detract from your goal. If you can see yourself as a wildly successful man, sharp dresser, wooer of women, would you want a bunch of swearing troglodytes breathing out of their mouths on whoever youre trying to talk to? Get your shit together. this was a public service announcement. |
