Nope, that wasn't in Blade. In 2000 Public Domain just made a cover of the Blade's "blood party theme" just like Warp & Brothers & Aquagen did with their Phatt Bass track as well. The original is from 1995 and is actually called New Order - Confusion (Pump Panel Reconstruction Remix) aka Pump Panel - Confusion (Reconstruction Mix), an endlessly long acid trancer (or whatever acid genre it belongs into) using the about same tweaking acid loops over and over again for more than 10 minutes. Its a great track if you like the genre but not really suitable if you're a mainstream listener.

Oh yes! I've heard it in a club a few times and it sure did rip up the whole place with its power!

As for the thread itself, i can't come up with any good suggestion not mentioned yet.. need to think more.

Infamous Player - Player 8 (Joey Beltram Mix)

quite repetitive, but it rocks!

Posted by Snooper on Jun-22-2004 13:26:

Bedrock - Lifeline

Pretty repetitive, but still damn good. Also:

Moby - Hymn (Laurent's Wake Up Mix)

Posted by Chronos on Jun-22-2004 13:56:

Fergie - Bass Generator (Cant remember if it was the original or mix)

Goes something like...

dere-der-da-dere, da-der-dere........ And On And On!!

House and various "floorfillas".
Enough said

Deffo Microworld - Signals which is on Danny Tenaglia in London CD. Ten minutes long......constantly repeating a five second sample, crazy!

what, you mention Moby, and not Thousand? not only is it repetitive, its just a beat going from 124 bpm to 1000bpm. kinda neato other effects, though.

i seriously think that sometimes when he produces, hes just playing with things because he's bored.

Are you joking? That's one of the big hook tracks for mainstream listeners. I have a friend who loves punk rock and he loves it. I've a hip-hop loving friend, and he loves it. It's a massive tune as well- starts off with that kicking loop and just keeping adding percussion and tweaking the 303s up in pitch.

I know several guys into metal/rock and they thought it was wicked too. Definitely has crossover appeal.

blasphemy! are you serious? that song is equivalent to orgasm for me...

i can't think of any repetitive songs, 'cause if they suck that bad, i usually never listen to them more than once.

Posted by Izra on Jun-23-2004 21:25:

The vocals in recluse - emotional void are very repetitive. The tracks not bad though... I mean some repetitive tracks can be so annoying.

It does nothing at all for me I'm sorry to say, find it kinda bland to be honest, lacks the stuff I like in tracks but that's fine cos tracks I love I know others won't

Posted by Inertia on Jun-23-2004 21:49:

Daft Punk - One More Time.... the name says it all

Posted by Floorfiller on Jun-23-2004 21:50:

one of the most repetitive songs i'd say out there is actually a techno classic...

Dave Clarke Presents Red 2 - Words Of Wisdom

same could also be said about...

Joey Beltram - Energy Flash

I agree... saw the thread here on it with shitloads of replies saying how amazing it was... when I heard it I wasn't even sure I was listening to the right track! Does nothing for me either.
