yes, its possible...evil is anything not in keeping with God's laws...and yes, there is a hell, i didn't say anything about that either...in hell, u won't find one but MANY devils--ppl. here on the earth plane who are very evil become the real "devils" in hell..

but again, there is no one SINGLE DEVIL who rules all evil...
