It's now Friday and the records have still not arrived. Honestly, I don't think they will. The impression that Stacey-L is giving by responses through pm is honestly an endless circle in which nothing seems to be getting resolved.

At this point I have a couple of questions to ask of the moderators/or other members here on TA. At the risk of getting a loud, NO, sent back to me I will ask anyway...

1. Is there anyway to make other users aware of this user so that they will not be taken advantage of?

2. Is there any type of refund policy through the forum here? I would guess, no, but I really want what I paid for. You know what I mean? Basically, what I'm asking here is if other members would rally together and could do something for me. I'm not sure what at this point, but its just really unfortunate to have payed for records and not get them. I have an event in a couple of weeks and really wanted to play some classics. Just asking for help really.

I really cant believe you. You have the patience of a child with ADD. You send me 5 PMs a day because apparently you dont understand that some of us have jobs where we cant spend all day surfing TA. I have my priorities in order.

I told you yesterday that I was going to send you a refund money order today. I sent that out today, and even PMed you, yet you failed to mention to everyone on this thread that I went ahead and did that. Instead you let everyone continue to believe that I am some kind of criminal.

Also, tegu received his tracking # today as well.

Now can this fucking thread get deleted already? At this point, its nothing but slander. I dont need to have my integrity comprimised like this. I am a good person and dont deserve this.

1. I never received your pm confirming that the money order was sent.

2. I have sent you multiple pms because your status has been online during previous conversations we were having on this important topic when you suddenly would stop responding. I simply would pm you asking why.

BTW - I too have a job.

3. Thanks for sending the money order. As with the records, I look forward to receiving it and will respond either way on its delivery status.

4. If/when I receive the money order and this is settled I will still have a hard time believing that USPS actually "lost" a box of records. Is it possible, sure, but likely, in my opinion, I doubt it.

I haven't gotten a tracking number yet. Seriously Stacey what is the deal? You are flat out lying to both D3020 and I. I'm on the verge of contacting my lawyer, the TA admin, and PayPal.

Also, does anyone know Spective? That's Stacey's husband/boyfriend "shehryar qamar" whos equipment we are supposedly buying...

Now all of you can see I was not lying, and that this is just a misunderstanding.

It wont be viewable tilll tomorrow probably since it has a 24 hour overturn period before it becomes active. This is true for UPS and Fedex as well.

I also insured your package for the amount you paid, and this will be noted on your package when you receive it.

D32O - Really dont know what to say to you except I am upset. Now you are insinuating that they never got lost and that I never sent it? Lost parcels are very common at USPS. In fact, I talked to an employee today and she said that the reason is because there are employees who can barely read, and they end up routing parcels to the incorrect destination.

Im done though. Tegu has what he needs, you have your money order refund coming in the mail.

I am truly saddened by this attack on my integrity. I will no longer check TA, check PMs, and will unlink my email from this site.

well, tracking number works. i guess now I just have to wait and see what comes in the package. sorry for the hassle but you have to understand that the lack of communication and the strange events that happened got everyone very worried.

as soon as I receive the mixer and verify that it works i will be sure to post on the board for whatever it is worth. i understand you've certainly got a lot of negative attention, but try not to blame d3020 and I as I think we were just doing what anyone, even yourself, probably would have done in our position.

well u should be receiving that package on Monday or tuesday if it legit...USPS will only track international packages if it shipped express.......

I wanna know what happened now. Apparantley the mixer is waiting to be picked up. Does it work? Did the money refund come through ok?

well a package came for me but I won't be home til monday, so i'm assuming that it did indeed come. i've got the mail on hold which explains the delivery attempt on monday and no furhter ones since then. can't wait to check it out...

I just talked with Spencer on AIM. Ok...

He is her fiance. Now, he says he knew nothing about this transaction for the records. He told me that Stacey has been away for a few days and that the accident with her sister was not a lie. He also told me that he would do what he could to resolve this. It was nice to talk with him.

At this point, as I said before, I have not received anything from them, but now that he knows maybe this will help the situation. I'll keep you posted.

Did you receive the mixer? I have not received anything. Stacey told me last friday she sent a money order to refund me and it did not come this week. She is either lying or has twice sent items to the wrong place and they got "lost".

i am also waiting on her replies for the item i bought from her!!!

If I were you I would go to the police, b/c it looks like you wont see your vinyls.

i'm not too sure why you guys haven't gotten responses or money back. it was the same way with me pretty much...but then again i can't vouch for the seller because i won't be able to check on what came in the package until monday and it had better be exactly as described. in the mean time i would adivse everyone on the forum to not purchase anything from stacey until this gets resolved. both d3020 and i have some contact info, which i would be glad to give to anyone who wants it. just pm me.
