SCUMFROG in the guv with Tong and Howells in the KH

I just checked the guv website, and it's listing scumfrog on the same bill! He's in the guv main room tho, but for most of the amateur style crowd that goes to the guv, that won't know who he is, so there's potential that there may be room to move in there. This is exciting news...I missed him the last time
