Park Extension in Montreal is the poorest bourough in canada.... and low and behold, a couple of KMs, the richest bourough in canada is there (westmount).

Belgium sucks imo
1. Bad weather 80% of the year
2. High income taxes
3. Few good trance clubs
4. Not that many nice looking girls
5. Who wants to live between France and Germany

Well, since Norway was once a part of Sweden we are actually no. 1.. 
Don't forget that most of europe has insane levels of tax. Is that figuring into the most livable places? Or are they going be scenery?

This is based only in socio-economic statistics, right? "Most liveable" places should be analysed by far more factors than that.
