as for women saying the f-word it rules when you are giving it to her good... i.e. oh F--- ME! F--- ME!!!!
i love the f word...it's a form of expression for me. i only use it to enhance an adjective.
it just sounds better to say that something was FUCKING incredible 
but just using swear words as fillers in sentences isn't cool...i try not to use them that way.

its sooooo over used. People throw it out there at any moment just incase it might fit into the situation.
it has no meaning to me, and I hardly ever say it....maybe 3 times a year tops.
