actually now that I havent smoke in a while the smell does seem kind of strong. I can smell it if the guy in the front of me driving is smoking on the highway on my way to work.

keep up the good work,.. im also trying to quit,..

im only on day 2 though,...and the weekend is here,... if i get through the weekend then i think there will be hope,..

although talking about it isnt really helping my situation,...
arrrgg

and Miami next week,... ha,.. yeah right ill make it through without one...
