i always have plane tix and pvd tix and i've been looking forward to this since july. i'll be soooo upset if this hurricane hits miami.

If it hits Orlando there will be weeks more of work to get back to normal. The possible property damage and injury from a hurricane ranked higher than Charley is immense, esepcially with everything still weakened or unrepaired from Charley.

Cancelled parties can be rebooked; I just hope everyone stays safe if it does hit. Don't test your luck, a cat. 4 can kill you without trying.

florida isnt bad to live in, u got days of preparation for hurricanes unlike tornadoes and earthquakes. sure u got tornado warnings but wtf is a warning good for when u dont know where how strong or how long it'll last. and earthquakes. earthquakes just suck ass anywhere you live.

i will try but i already know what she is going to say:

1) it will cost us money to change our flight
2) she cant take off work another day

me -- if it wasnt that expensive to change flights, i probably would. i dont work again til thursday the 9th i think. but our flight leaves from ft. lauderdale and i dont want to inconvenience our friend by asking him to drive to ft. lauderdale 2 days in a row to take us to separate flights.

but... i'll throw the idea out there to sky and see what she says.
